A proof is a way of ensuring that we have set your type accurately and that everything is positioned according to your requirements. It also ensures that any files you may have provided have not been altered due to reflow, or font issues. Typically, we will produce a proof which will be sent to you online, or printed on paper which can be viewed on the premisis, via fax, or delivered or delivered to you in person.

On multiple color jobs, we can produce a color proof on our color output device to show how the different colors will appear.

Please review all proofs THOROUGHLY. This includes checking for spelling errors, incorrect symbols, reflow, incorrect font usage, punctuation, image quality, etc. We exercise reasonable care to avoid errors, but since this is your job and you know how it should look and read you are ultimately responsible for the final ok to print as well as any errors not caught before printing.
